2-1 : Payment Method

2-1-01 : Stripe Payments

Please pay by credit card or debit card via Stripe.

Please payment via PayPal Gateway. You can pay with your credit card if you don’t have a PayPal account.

2-1-03 : Amazon Pay

This is a carrier payment that can be paid together with mobile phone charges for au, NTT-docomo, and softbank.

2-1-07 : Convenience store payment / Prepayment

Konbini Pay

You can pay at FamilyMart, Lawson, MiniStop, Daily Yamazaki, Seicomart, and other convenience stores throughout Japan.
The payment deadline is “3 days”.
After 23:59:59 of the due date, the issue number will be automatically invalidated and the corresponding order will be “expired”. No payment will be accepted after the deadline. (Payment at convenience stores will no longer be accepted.)

  • The fee is 190 JPY(incl.tax) regardless of the order amount.
  • This service is available only in Japan.
  • Payments via KOMOJU.

2-1-10 : Bank transfer(inside Japan) , Global online money transfer(for Overseas) / Prepayment

After verifying the price etc. in the invoice mail, please deposit the money within 7 days. After we verify your payment, we will ship the product.

2-1-20 : Receipt

  1. We enclose a detailed invoice with your package.
  2. If you need a receipt, please let us know when you place an order (before shipment). We will send it along with your product. Sending receipt only is not possible.
  3. With cash on delivery and credit card payment, we cannot issue a receipt. In case of COD, please use the courier receipt invoice; in case of credit card payment, please use the card statement. Please be aware that we cannot issue a receipt unless we collect the money directly.
  4. We cannot reissue the invoice and the receipt.

2-2-02:More about Delivery

  1. You can choose from the following delivery times (only in Japan)
    * Morning
    * 12:00~14:00
    * 14:00~16:00
    * 16:00~18:00
    * 18:00~20:00
    * 19:00~21:00
  2. As for delivery date, we try to accommodate your request as much as possible. Please note your desired date in the remarks column.
    Because of various factors such as our shop, products, manufacturers, and shipping companies, we may not be able to meet your needs. We cannot guarantee the delivery date. Please be aware of that.
  3. You may not be able to specify the delivery date and delivery time in some areas.
  4. In the case of using overseas transfer agency, the packaging will be for domestic shipping because of the relation of delivery size and shipping fee. If you need secure packaging, please ask the transfer agency for repackaging.
    If there is any damage with the item transfer-shipped, please contact the overseas transfer agency. We cannot compensate for it.

2-2-03 : Date of delivery

  • We don’t deliver on holidays.
  • Products in stock will be sent on the same day or the next day (unless there is a holiday).
  • If they are not in stock, we will let you know about the lead time after checking with manufacturers.
  • Due to the weather, traffic, and other factors, the delivery date may change. Also, we cannot accept return goods because of the delayed delivery. We cannot guarantee the delivery date, even though we attempt to meet your desired date.
  • Some products out of stock may have a longer lead time.

2-2-04:Exchange of goods

  1. When you receive your product, please inspect it right away. If you find the wrong item or a damaged one during transit, please inform us of the details within 5 days of the product’s arrival.
    In case of damages, the transportation company will review the cause and situation. Please keep the product and cushioning material in the package as it was shipped. If the transportation company decides that it was not damaged in transit, there is no warranty.
  2. Under any circumstances we cannot exchange goods unless you contact us. Also, please follow our instructions when you exchange goods. We cannot accept return goods just after you contact us.
  3. If you receive a defective product and contact us within 5 days, we will pay for the necessary cost of returning it such as shipping and handling etc.
    However, as for sold out and discontinued items, we will make a refund for the product price.
  4. We ship products inspected by the manufacturer and us. We cannot accept return goods unless they are defective (we don’t exchange if you placed the wrong order and had the wrong impression). Also, we cannot accept your subjective judgement (conditions, appearance etc.). We ship all products in accordance with manufacturing standards.
    If we decide that there is no other remedy, we accept unused return goods. However, you will be responsible for all the fees such as shipping and handling.
  5. When exchanging, please be sure to use the home delivery service and return it. Please do not use the mail service (post mailing).
  6. We do not accept return goods for delayed delivery.
  7. If there is any damage with the item transfer-shipped, please contact the overseas transfer agency. We cannot compensate for it.
  8. If you find defects after you start using the product, please contact us by email or phone. Depending on the use conditions and duration, we may not be able to exchange or repair or we may charge you fees.

2-2-05 : Return goods

  1. We ship products inspected by the manufacturer and us. Unless they are defective, we cannot accept return goods without any legitimate reason (we don’t exchange if you placed the wrong order and had the wrong impression). Also, we cannot accept your subjective judgement (conditions, appearance etc.). We ship all products in accordance with manufacturing standards.
    If we decide that there is no other remedy, we accept unused return goods. However, you will be responsible for all the fees such as shipping and handling.
    *If you return goods without any legitimate reason, we will refund the product cost after subtracting shipping and handling fees.
  2. We do not accept return goods damaged and dirtied by you.
  3. We do not accept return goods because of delayed delivery.
  4. Under any circumstances we cannot exchange goods unless you contact us first. Also, please wait for our instructions before you return the item and follow our instructions. We cannot accept return goods just after you contact us.
  5. When returning, please be sure to use the home delivery service. Please do not use the mail service (post mailing).
  6. For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restrictions of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

  • In case of bulk order, please make a payment in advance (credit card, bank transfer, and money order).
  • In case you cancel a special/bulk order, we will charge you the purchase price (it differs from item to item) as a cancel fee. Please place an order after deliberate consideration.

2-3 : International shipping (shipping outside Japan)

2-3-01 : International shipping charges

  • International shipping calculate shipping fees based on gross weight. Please check “Calculate Shipping” on the cart page.
  • Please consider the international shipping fee provided by our system to be a rough estimate.
    After receiving your order we will measure the weight of the parcel and then notify you of the exact international shipping fee. And we will ship your item when we have received confirmation email from you.

2-3-02: More about International shipping

  • International shipping is via Japan Post EMS (or DHL). Please note that there are some areas that cannot be shipped depending on the country.
  • The date and time of arrival cannot be specified.
  • After receiving your order we will measure the weight of the parcel and then notify you of the exact international shipping fee. And we will ship your item when we have received confirmation email from you.

2-3-03 : Customs duty

  • Customs duty and other taxes may be levied additionally when the shipment reaches your country.
    *If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country.Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.
  • For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restriction of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

2-3-04:Return and Refund Policy

  • Any return or refund will not be accepted once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.
  • We cannot accept any international return/refund/exchange. Please make sure not to make any wrong order.
  • For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restriction of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

2-3-05 : About damage when goods arrive due to international shipping.

  1. When only a part of the parcel’s contents is stolen or missing and delivered to the receiver; or when the item is damaged and delivered to the receiver, the latter has to preserve the postal item in the current condition and make a statement regarding the missing part of the package or damaged item in the local Post Office. In cases of non-delivery, theft, partial loss or damage of the postal item, please first submit a Search Request or Tracking Request and wait for the result. If it is determined that a compensation claim is applicable in the situation, please proceed to the compensation claim application.
  2. After the compensation claim application:
    In the event that the item is damaged after being dispatched with EMS (or DHL), we will reimburse the cost of the product.
