1-2-01 : About delivery charges and delivery

Please refer to the “ABOUT PAYMENT AND DELIVERY” page for detailed information on delivery costs.

1-2-02 : Date of delivery

  • We don’t deliver on holidays.
  • Products in stock will be sent on the same day or the next day (unless there is a holiday).
  • If they are not in stock, we will let you know about the lead time after checking with manufacturers.
  • Due to the weather, traffic, and other factors, the delivery date may change. Also, we cannot accept return goods because of the delayed delivery. We cannot guarantee the delivery date, even though we attempt to meet your desired date.
  • Some products out of stock may have a longer lead time.

1-2-03:Exchange of goods

  1. When you receive your product, please inspect it right away. If you find the wrong item or a damaged one during transit, please inform us of the details within 5 days of the product’s arrival.
    In case of damages, the transportation company will review the cause and situation. Please keep the product and cushioning material in the package as it was shipped. If the transportation company decides that it was not damaged in transit, there is no warranty.
  2. Under any circumstances we cannot exchange goods unless you contact us. Also, please follow our instructions when you exchange goods. We cannot accept return goods just after you contact us.
  3. If you receive a defective product and contact us within 5 days, we will pay for the necessary cost of returning it such as shipping and handling etc.
    However, as for sold out and discontinued items, we will make a refund for the product price.
  4. We ship products inspected by the manufacturer and us. We cannot accept return goods unless they are defective (we don’t exchange if you placed the wrong order and had the wrong impression). Also, we cannot accept your subjective judgement (conditions, appearance etc.). We ship all products in accordance with manufacturing standards.
    If we decide that there is no other remedy, we accept unused return goods. However, you will be responsible for all the fees such as shipping and handling.
  5. When exchanging, please be sure to use the home delivery service and return it. Please do not use the mail service (post mailing).

  7. If there is any damage with the item transfer-shipped, please contact the overseas transfer agency. We cannot compensate for it.
  8. If you find defects after you start using the product, please contact us by email or phone. Depending on the use conditions and duration, we may not be able to exchange or repair or we may charge you fees.

1-2-04 : Return goods

  1. We ship products inspected by the manufacturer and us. Unless they are defective, we cannot accept return goods without any legitimate reason (we don’t exchange if you placed the wrong order and had the wrong impression). Also, we cannot accept your subjective judgement (conditions, appearance etc.). We ship all products in accordance with manufacturing standards.
    If we decide that there is no other remedy, we accept unused return goods. However, you will be responsible for all the fees such as shipping and handling.
    *If you return goods without any legitimate reason, we will refund the product cost after subtracting shipping and handling fees.
  2. We do not accept return goods damaged and dirtied by you.
  3. We do not accept return goods because of delayed delivery.
  4. Under any circumstances we cannot exchange goods unless you contact us first. Also, please wait for our instructions before you return the item and follow our instructions. We cannot accept return goods just after you contact us.
  5. When returning, please be sure to use the home delivery service. Please do not use the mail service (post mailing).

When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restrictions of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

1-2-05 : Ordering goods

  • In case of bulk order, please make a payment in advance (credit card, bank transfer, and money order).
  • In case you cancel a special/bulk order, we will charge you the purchase price (it differs from item to item) as a cancel fee. Please place an order after deliberate consideration.

1-3 : International shipping (shipping outside Japan)

1-3-01 : Shipping cost : International shipping (outside Japan)

Please consider the international shipping fee provided by our system to be a rough estimate.
After receiving your order we will measure the weight of the parcel and then notify you of the exact international shipping fee. And we will ship your item when we have received confirmation email from you.

  • If the amount paid by credit card or any other payments exceeds the exact international shipping fee, then you will be reimbursed the difference. Also, we will tell our customers about the gross weight.
  • If you are paying by any payments and the order is canceled prior to being dispatched, we will provide you with a full reimbursement.

1-3-02 : Customs duty

  • Customs duty and other taxes may be levied additionally when the shipment reaches your country.
    *If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country.Please contact the customs office at your country for more details.
  • For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restriction of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

  • Any return or refund will not be accepted once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.
  • We cannot accept any international return/refund/exchange. Please make sure not to make any wrong order.
  • For a customer who requests an international delivery(outside Japan), please make an order after checking what products are prohibited or restricted to import to a destination country. When the delivery of goods is not completed due to restriction of a destination country, any refund of the payment will not be accepted.

1-3-04 : About damage when goods arrive due to international shipping.

  • When only a part of the parcel’s contents is stolen or missing and delivered to the receiver; or when the item is damaged and delivered to the receiver, the latter has to preserve the postal item in the current condition and make a statement regarding the missing part of the package or damaged item in the local Post Office. In cases of non-delivery, theft, partial loss or damage of the postal item, please first submit a Search Request or Tracking Request and wait for the result. If it is determined that a compensation claim is applicable in the situation, please proceed to the compensation claim application.
  • After the compensation claim application:
    In the event that the item is damaged after being dispatched with EMS (or DHL), we will reimburse the cost of the product.

1-4-01 : Disclaimer

  1. In case a customer uses this website, we assume that he or she has agreed with any precaution statement and item described in every page.
  2. Even in case any issue against customer’s interest occurs due to utilization of this shop or purchased goods, this shop will not accept any liability at all.
  3. A delivery in the shortest period is planned, but there are cases where this shop cannot meet customer’s requirements due to matters related to this shop, manufactures and transportation companies. Even in case any issue against customer’s interest occurs because of those matters, this shop will not accept any liability at all.
    Besides, we will not accept any return or exchange of goods on the ground of a delayed delivery. We make efforts to meet a requested delivery date, but the date is not promised.
  4. There are cases where colors or textures of goods look different from actual goods, being affected by a type of PC or a setting of a monitor and other issues. In addition, appearances of goods vary because finish of goods or quality standards differs by manufacturing maker. Goods which are introduced in photos of product pages will not be completely same as the actual ones which are to be delivered. All delivered goods have cleared quality standards of our company inspects them before shipment.
  5. The condition of the item will be “as shown in the picture on the product page for one-of-a-kind items” or “similar to the picture on the product page for mass-produced items”. If you have any questions, please contact us before purchasing.
  6. Only goods inspected by both manufactures and our shop are delivered. When a customer have no problem in using products, we will not accept any return on the ground of customer’s matters (wrong order, difference from an image, no need of goods and etc.). Besides, we also will not accept any exchange or return on the basis of customer’s subjective judgment (goods in a bad condition, a judge of an appearance and etc.).
  7. In case our shop alters specifications of products for improvement or other purposes without any notification, there are cases where sales prices are changed without notification due to fluctuation of prices of raw materials or exchange rates. Please check prices as needed.
  8. There are cases where ordered goods can’t be delivered due to sellout or production stoppage.

1-4-02 : Protection of personal information

  1. Our shop will never use customers’ personal information registered (name, address, phone number, e-mail address and etc.) except for delivery operations or administrative operations.
  2. Our shop is not informed of any personal information registered during payments with credit cards.
  3. Our shop will never disclose personal information to third parties without approvals by a customer. In cases applicable to the following examples, however, the policy will not be the same.

1-5 : Privacy Policy

1-5-01 : Activity

This feature only records activities of a site’s registered users.

  • Data Used: To deliver this functionality and record activities around site management, the following information is captured: user email address, user role, user login, user display name, WordPress.com and local user IDs, the activity to be recorded, the WordPress.com-connected site ID of the site on which the activity takes place, the site’s Jetpack version, and the timestamp of the activity. Some activities may also include the actor’s IP address (login attempts, for example) and user agent.
  • Activity Tracked: Login attempts/actions, post and page update and publish actions, comment/pingback submission and management actions, plugin and theme management actions, widget updates, user management actions, and the modification of other various site settings and options. Retention duration of activity data depends on the site’s plan and activity type.
  • Data Synced:Successful and failed login attempts, which will include the actor’s IP address and user agent.

1-5-02 :  Notifications

This feature is only accessible to registered users of the site who are logged in to WordPress.com.

  • Data Used: IP address, WordPress.com user ID, WordPress.com username, WordPress.com-connected site ID and URL, user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Some visitor-related information or activity may be sent to the site owner via this feature. This may include: email address, WordPress.com username, site URL, email address, comment content, follow actions, etc.
  • Activity Tracked: Sending notifications (i.e. when we send a notification to a particular user), opening notifications (i.e. when a user opens a notification that they receive), performing an action from within the notification panel (e.g. liking a comment or marking a comment as spam), and clicking on any link from within the notification panel/interface.

1-5-03 :  Protect

  • Data Used: In order to check login activity and potentially block fraudulent attempts, the following information is used: attempting user’s IP address, attempting user’s email address/username (i.e. according to the value they were attempting to use during the login process), and all IP-related HTTP headers attached to the attempting user.
  • Activity Tracked: Failed login attempts (these include IP address and user agent). We also set a cookie (jpp_math_pass) for 1 day to remember if/when a user has successfully completed a math captcha to prove that they’re a real human.
  • Data Synced: Failed login attempts, which contain the user’s IP address, attempted username or email address, and user agent information.

1-5-04 : Sharing

Data Used: When official sharing buttons are active on the site, each button loads content directly from its service in order to display the button as well as information and tools for the sharing party. As a result, each service can in turn collect information about the sharing party. When a non-official Facebook or a Pinterest sharing button is active on the site, information such as the sharing party’s IP address as well as the page URL will be available for each service, so sharing counts can be displayed next to the button. When sharing content via email (this option is only available if Akismet is active on the site), the following information is used: sharing party’s name and email address (if the user is logged in, this information will be pulled directly from their account), IP address (for spam checking), user agent (for spam checking), and email body/content. This content will be sent to Akismet (also owned by Automattic) so that a spam check can be performed. Additionally, if reCAPTCHA (by Google) is enabled by the site owner, the sharing party’s IP address will be shared with that service.

1-5-05 : Contact Form

  • Data Used: If Akismet is enabled on the site, the contact form submission data — IP address, user agent, name, email address, website, and message — is submitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of the site on which it was submitted and is emailed directly to the owner of the form (i.e. the site author who published the page on which the contact form resides). This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, website, and message.
  • Data Synced:Post and post meta data associated with a user’s contact form submission. If Akismet is enabled on the site, the IP address and user agent originally submitted with the comment are synced, as well, as they are stored in post meta.

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

  • Data Used: Please refer to the appropriate Google Analytics documentation for the specific type of data it collects. For sites running WooCommerce (also owned by Automattic) and this feature simultaneously and having all purchase tracking explicitly enabled, purchase events will send Google Analytics the following information: order number, product id and name, product category, total cost, and quantity of items purchased.     For shipping labels: customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products.
  • Data Synced:
    For payments, we send the purchase total, currency and customer’s billing information to the respective payment processor. Please see the respective third party’s privacy policy for more details.
    For checkout rates we send the destination ZIP/postal code and purchased product dimensions, weight and quantities to Sagawa Express or Japan Post, depending on the service used.
    For shipping labels we send the customer’s name, address as well as the dimensions, weight, and quantities of purchased products to Sagawa Express or Japan Post. We also store the purchased shipping labels on our server to make it easy to reprint them and handle support requests.
