This is a clay doll of Kibi Shrine in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture.
This is a set of three amulets, including a cute and loose-fitting Koma-inu (dog) and a bird.

The koma-inu is said to ward off theft and fire, prevent wild beasts, and help children cry at night. The bird is said to prevent choking when placed on the table at mealtime, and is considered a lucky charm to protect the house and body.
